Al Faisalia project is a US$420 real estate project that includes five stars Hotel will be managed by rosewood hotels and Resorts Inc., Luxurious Furnished Apartment, Retail mall, Plaza and conference facilities. Within his scope, he is involved in the negotiation with the contractors, financial loan of US$ of 183 million with NCB Bank, negotiation to Hedge the interest Loan with Chase bank of New York,

Providing consultancy services to other organizations such as Saudi Export Center on developing trade; Saudi Chamber of Commerce, Training Department as a lecturer on Marketing Economy to Saudi managers and businessmen marketing diploma program; the Texas-based Rosewood Hotels and Resorts by developing marketing study for them to penetrate the Egyptian tourism market.
